Uniform
You are required to wear the correct uniform at all times. Please ensure that all uniform is kept clean, tidy, stain free and pressed prior to each shift. Should you have any queries please speak with your line manager.

Front of House
Dark navy jeans with no rips or tears or navy chino trousers
Floor Support : White t-shirt with no visible branding or logos
Waiter/Waitress : White t-shirt with no visible branding or logos
Bartenders : White t-shirt with no visible branding or logos
Closed toe, deck shoes or black converse trainers with no loud colours
White bistro apron to be worn no higher than knee height (provided by the company)
Both male and female staff must ensure they are clean and presentable at all times.
Outstanding personal hygiene will be maintained at all times
Presentable, professional hair style
No chewed nails and no nail varnish
All staff must be cleanly shaven or trimmed at all times
All white garments must be washed separately and their white colour maintained
Please note: during the summer months during July, August and September team members are permitted to wear tan or navy chino shorts
Kitchen
Black chef trousers (provided by the company)
White short sleeved chef jacket (provided by the company)
Blue and white butcher stripe apron (provided by the company)
Clog or Birkenstock chef shoes
