Dark navy jeans with no rips or tears or navy chino trousers

Floor Support : Coast blue t-shirt

Waiter/Waitress : Coast white t-shirt

Bartenders : Coast blue t-shirt

Closed toe, deck shoes or black converse trainers with no loud colours

White bistro apron to be worn no higher than knee height (provided by the company)

Both male and female staff must ensure they are clean and presentable at all times.

Outstanding personal hygiene will be maintained at all times

Presentable, professional hair style

No chewed nails and no nail varnish

All staff must be cleanly shaven or trimmed at all times

All white garments must be washed separately and their white colour maintained

Please note: during the summer months during July, August and September team members are permitted to wear tan or navy chino shorts

On commencement of employment all new Front of House/Waiting staff will receive their uniform pack and this will be deducted from their first pay packet:

Full time employees

3 T-Shirts @ £8.00 each

Total: £24.00

Part-time Employees

2 T-Shirts @ £8.00 each

Total: £16.00

Replacement t-shirts will be charged at the same price.
