All team members must be aware of the correct drink measurements for ALL drinks.

As a business we offer:

Wine by the glass at 125 ml or 250 ml

Draught beers, ales & ciders at half a pint or a pint

Spirits by multiples of 25 ml up to 50 ml per drink

For any spirit that has an ABV 17.5% or less then this is served at 50 ml as standard (For example Bailey’s, Port, Sherry, Ginger Wine & Vermouth).

All our bar measures are government approved, they must be used at all times. Failure to do so will create discrepancies in stock.
