All Christmas enquiries must be dealt with with the intention of making it a booking. All enquiries are to be recorded on the live document "Christmas Enquiries." From here, the appointed Christmas bookings manager contacts all enquiries personally.


Customers can now make Christmas bookings without calling the restaurant. These bookings can be found by running a ResDiary report. Use the report tab at the top of the screen, then access the bookings report. It is important to make sure the report created is always a "Bookings Details" report. The date range is the whole of the dates available for the Christmas menu. This report will show which bookings have been booked wanting the set menu.


As a business, we value all bookings, no matter what size. To go the extra mile and to provide a personal touch, the Christmas bookings manager is expected to call customer-made bookings.


All bookings are to be managed from inquiry to visit date in a professional manner.
