Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must always be checked on the admin.giftpro.co.uk for the validity status prior to being accepted and the customer leaving. If you are unsure about a voucher, you must check with the office.

Check validity and redeem on GiftPro

1. Go to admin.giftpro.co.uk and log in.

2. From the menu, select Redeem voucher

3. Enter the code in the search bar under Redeem voucher and Search.

4. You will then be able to see the status of the voucher. If it is Valid, you can then enter the amount to be redeemed and then select Redeem.

Redeem on POS and record the voucher code.
