Bar cloths are labelled “Glass Cloths”. Kitchen towels have a plain blue stripe.
The washing facilities are to be used for business purposes only by a member of the management team. No exceptions.
All laundry must be separated into kitchen and bar, and washed separately using the labeled black laundry bins in the staff room. They must be separated to ensure that the glass cloths are not made greasy. This is to avoid unnecessary replacements.
All kitchen cloths must be washed at 60 degrees at the end of every day on a full cotton cycle on fast spin.
All bar cloths must be washed at 60 degrees every morning on a full cotton cycle on fast spin.

All linen must be dried on “Cupboard Dry” using the tumble dryer. The cloths are also dried separately. Then folded and placed in the clean laundry bin into separated piles. This can be carried out by any team member.
If more laundry is needed, this can be done throughout the day on rotation.
