Notice Period
Your employment with the Company may be terminated at any time by the notice set out in your Contract of Employment.
Without prejudice to any other rights the Company may have, the Company shall have the right to terminate your employment without any notice or payment in lieu of notice, and subject to disciplinary proceedings if:
You commit any serious or persistent breach of any terms of your employment,
You commit an act of gross misconduct or are guilty of any conduct tending to bring yourself or the Company into disrepute,
You commit any act of dishonesty whether relating to the Company, an employee, a guest, member or otherwise.
Should you decide to leave the Company, you must give written notice as stated in your Contract of Employment.
