All parcels & post must be taken to the office on delivery.

They are not to be opened.

They are only to be opened by the Director, General Manager or Operations Manager.

It is crucial that all parcels are checked against delivery notes so the business does not receive unnecessary costs. The best way to achieve this is by processing them centrally in the office.
