As a business we want all employees to feel they can communicate with members of the management team in the most effective and efficient way. Planday has enabled the chat feature through the app. Team members will be able to communicate with each other as well as management.
The following rules apply:
All HR related issues are to be still voiced through hr@francescharles.com
The chat is for work related conversation only; this will be monitored and regulated by head office and dealt with accordingly.
We want staff to feel comfortable in approaching management with anything, this messenger feature takes away any face to face anxiety people may feel. We want everyone to feel their best at work at all times. This in turn will benefit the business in a positive way.
