Stock Rotation
Stock must be rotated in a clear First Expired, First Out (FEFO) process

Check products for damage or deterioration
Make sure goods are faced forward/up
Don't overload refrigerators
Storing and dating decanted foods
Once a product packaging has been opened, the item must be sealed and dated 3 days from the day of opening. For example, opened on Monday 1st, must be used by Wednesday 3rd.
Labels must be clearly placed on the front or top of product.
NEVER re-label a product.
Labels must be checked on a daily basis and old stock thrown away.
Permanent day dots are to be used as per the image

Large detailed shelf life labels are to be used for frozen items with full details entered
