Courtyard Setup [FOH-SS-02]

The outside area must look inviting and be available for guests at all times.

Setup:

• Cushions evenly spaced, clean and upright

• Tables & chairs evenly spaced, lined up and clean

• Blankets neatly folded over the backs of chairs

• Ash trays on tables

• Umbrellas over tables, straight and evenly spaced

• Candles lit in afternoons/evenings

• Fire/heaters on

• Floor swept

This area can be used as overflows when busy as well as offered as a place for a pre dinner drink.

The only time it should not be set up is when it is raining.
