Uniform & Presentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in the correct uniform at all times when at work. Your uniform must be clean, tidy and presentable. You must Ensure that your uniform, including company provided uniform (i.e. chef whites), are washed, clean, and pressed everyday. If you do not have the correct uniform on or it is not clean, tidy and presentable at any time you will be asked to sort it out there and then.

Front of House Bartender & Waiting Staff
White plain t shirts, no visible branding, for both ladies and gentleman
Smart casual blue jeans, no visible branding, for both ladies and gentleman
Smart casual shorts in summer months (chino shorts or blue denim), length just above the knee
White, clean, pressed apron, supplied by The Coast, for both ladies and gentleman
Comfortable, presentable shoes, please note: only deck shoes or converse are allowed
Kitchen Team
White chef’s jacket, short sleeves, supplied by company for both ladies and gentlemen
Black chef’s trousers, supplier by company for both ladies and gentlemen
Blue and white butcher’s stripe apron, supplied by company for both ladies and gentlemen
Shoes to be black in the style of Birkenstock, Clogs or Crocs
General Personal Hygiene Requirements for All Team Members
Both male and female staff must ensure they are clean and presentable at all times. Outstanding personal hygiene will be maintained at all times
You must be clean, showered, smart and presentable and suitable deodorant must be used every day
Ensure that your uniform, including company provided uniform (i.e. chef whites), are washed, clean, and pressed everyday
Presentable, professional hair style and tied back in all circumstances
No chewed nails
No piercing jewellery other than two single studs in each ear lobe if necessary
